DR. LEAKS! If you are on the fence, believe me, it is worth EVERY DIME!!! We've had a front porch leak "repaired" 2x from other businesses! Yet the same result after heavy or a windy rain! After days of researching, I gave Dr Leaks a call. The absolute professional handling we were offered from the initial call to follow-up contact and throughout the phases. I recently had Dr. Leaks repair my shower (the shower was leaking into the living room below). They foxed the plumbing, retiled the shower walls, redid the drywall, replaced the tub, and finished by fixing the living room ceiling. I would say they were very professional and would recommend them to anyone with this this type of problem.

Excellent investigative work to find the leak spots at multiple locations on our roof. They also provided a very detailed breakdown with pictures and videos of each of the problemareas. They offered an estimate to also repair, but we ended up going with a different contractor crew for the repairs simply due to cost.Would highly recommend for anyone trying to find the source of a leak into your home!
I have been struggling with a leak on my 2nd story in a 3 story center city row home. Multiple contractors visited my property over the course of 3 years, tried some fixes, but they were never confident about the source of the leak. One contractor recommended Dr. Leaks. After a thorough analysis, they were very definitive about the source of the leak. I needed to replace a door on the 3rd floor and make some minor structural changes. While I did not hire them to do the actual repair, I am happy to report 9 months later that we no longer have a leak. Their assessment was accurate. AND, they followed-up with me multiple times after the repair to see if their recommended repair worked. I actually asked them if I could post them a review! I highly recommend them.
The paint on my bedroom walls started to bubble after a snowstorm and got worse with each rain. I had two roofers look at it and that wasn’t the problem, but no one could figure out what it was. I hired Dr Leaks. They were great! Josh got right on scheduling my appointment and continued to check in every step of the way. Steve and his crew found my leak in the chimney. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They explained everything that was going on and put me totally at ease. They sent pictures and a report of what was needed to be done. Dr Leaks completed the repair and I have had no further issues. I would recommend Dr Leaks before your problem gets worse.
