Types of Plumbing Leaks
No matter where your leak occurs in your home, we have experience detecting and fixing plumbing leaks of all kinds. Common plumbing leaks we see in include:
Drain Leaks
Drain leaks can occur from a multitude of issues and are especially harmful as they often contain contaminated water. Common types of drain leaks include dishwasher supply and drain leaks, shower drain leaks, sink drain leaks, and yard drain leaks.
Sink Leaks
Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom, or utility sink, a leaking pipe under your sink can wreak havoc on the floor, wall, or cabinet it is attached to. Poorly connected pipes, clogs, or a loose water supply connection may cause a sink leak.
Kitchen and Bathroom Leaks
The majority of plumbing leaks occur in kitchens and bathrooms, as your water supply runs to these rooms the most. Common kitchen and bathroom leaks include shower pan leaks, bathroom waterproofing leaks, tile leaks, and hot and cold water supply leaks.
Pipe Leaks
One of the most common plumbing issues occurs from leaking pipes. We provide leaking pipe repair on PVC, pex, cast iron, copper, ABS, waste lines, and vent stacks.
HVAC Leaks
An inefficient or old HVAC system can cause leaks to appear in your home. The most common include HVAC exhaust leaks, intake leaks, or condensation leaks. HVAC leaks can cause water damage and keep your system from running efficiently.
Mystery Leaks
There are many reasons that you may experience a plumbing leak, and often there is more than just one root cause. Call our expert leak detection team at 215-717-9667 to find and fix the real problem behind your mystery plumbing leak.

FAQs
Yes, we fix all kinds of interior and exterior leak issues. Our Leak Detection process covers every possible cause in order to find exactly where the leak starts and what it affects. At the end of the process, we repair your ceiling to restore your home to its original condition.
We don’t work directly with your homeowner’s insurance, but we will work with you if you are getting reimbursed. If you need extra time to figure out the details with your insurance or are waiting for a check from them, we can adjust or pause with you to make the process as smooth as possible.
If the same leak reappears, we will come back to repeat the leak detection process, free of charge. If any issues are found with our workmanship, they will be corrected free of charge. If additional contributing factors are found at the time of the followup Leak Detection those will be presented and an additional estimate for those repairs will be provided. Sometimes a process of elimination is required to resolve all of the leak sources when there is more than one contributing factor in close proximity to others.
The Leak Detection process typically takes between 2-8 hours. You will receive your Leak Report within approximately 14 business days. The leak repair process can vary, though our average repair takes 1-2 days, some extensive repairs may take a couple weeks or more. After repairs have been completed we typically wait for 3-4 weather events that would have traditionally elicited the leak to pass by without event before providing a quote for sealing up the drywall and moving onto the cosmetic repairs.
